ボジョレーの解禁だけど，体調がよくないので自粛．

月曜（[2008-11-17-5]）から眠剤が変更になっているけど，
月曜・火曜と試してみて，どうも効き過ぎるようなので，
昨日はハルシオンだけにしてみようとしたんだけど，
なかなか寝付けなかったので，結局，アモバンテスも飲んだ．

で，今日は一日中，頭痛いし，ぼーっとするし，ダメすぎ．

今日はハルシオンを飲まないで，アモバンテスだけにしてみる予定．
