日本では、2006年1月1日の午前8時59分59秒と9時00分00秒の間に、
うるう秒として「8時59分60秒」を挿入する形で時刻を調整する。

howm のテスト版 2005-09-06 で grep 使用時の coding system が
指定できるようになったので，メモを UTF-8 に変換してみた．

まず，

find ~/howm -name '*.howm' -exec nkf -w --overwrite {} \;

で，UTF-8 に変換し，
.emacs.el に

(setq howm-process-coding-system 'utf-8)

を追記．

とくに問題はなさそう．
